We offer several different options for payment: pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. To accept a company check we must have a dealer company check application completed, approved, and on file. Open account terms are available for qualified commercial customers. Contact Midwest Communications to request a company check or credit application. |

| Free shipping is offered on many items on our web site. Shipping charges on all other items is automatically calculated at Check Out by the carrier based on zip code, size, and weight. |
Shipping Damage Claim |

| All merchandise is inspected prior to shipment, and upon receipt it should be inspected immediately, If damages are found, notify the carrier for a damage inspection. Retain all original shipping containers for inspection. It is the Customer's obligation to file claims against the carrier. All claims for shortages must be made within 5 days after receipt of shipment. |

- Out of Box Failure (OBF): Contact Midwest Communications to obtain an (RA). The Customer must obtain a return authorization (RA) from the Midwest Communications prior to the return. Materials returned without an (RA) number on the label will be refused. Please do not write on the box. |

We want to share their experience to work for you. As much as we want to and will help you, no Systems Specialist can replace you or assume your responsibilities to your customers. All information and assistance is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, and Midwest Communications and its affiliates make no representations or warranties to you, your customers, or any other person or entity, and expressly disclaim warranties of any kind either expressed or implied or inferable from the course of dealing or custom trade, including, but not limited to, the completeness, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose with respect to any such information or assistance or performance of any system or design.
